Breakfast was amazing and had a really nice outside terrace setting as well as pleasant restaurant inside, which was unexpected so close to the airport. This hotel exceeded my expectation as it was very good value and the location was excellent so close to metro stop and airport. The staff were really helpful with directions and were happy to store luggage for me too whilst we went into town.

The best thing was the staff - so friendly, pleasant, efficient and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super - much better than previous “breakfast included” places I’ve used before. We were collected from the airport on Friday and taken back on Saturday at times to suit us. It was a pleasant and cheap bus journey to the centre of Bordeaux for the evening.

The breakfast was very good as was the dinner. Lots of fresh fruit yogurt rolls eggs ets. The dinner was freshly cooked and notthe standard big group food . The exceptional part for me was the staff on reception both on arrival and the following day. I am a single elderly lady and need Ed help with luggage. I felt very cared for.

This was a perfect location , within walking distance to the airport. It offered a free shuttle back to the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The downstairs area was modern, with a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy a coffee. Breakfast and the choice was exceptional. Great value for money.

The location is a mere 5 minutes from the airport, but current road construction makes it challenging to find. Linens were fresh and king-sized bed very comfortable Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water The staff was very accommodating
